Overview

The Customer Support Specialist at Aplos plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to nonprofit and church organizations, helping them effectively use the Aplos platform.

Requirements

  • A college degree in accounting, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in software or technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy and patience in customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk and CRM software is a plus.
  • A passion for technology and staying updated on trends.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
