Overview

We are currently seeking a Vibration Analyst to join our growing team! As a Technical Analyst on the KCF Team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a collaborative team of engineers in one of the most exciting fields in technology! This engineering role has the ability to be 100% remote from your current location in the U.S.

In Short

• Deliver SENTRY machine health solution services to KCF SMARTdiagnostics customers
• Configure and maintain customer SMARTdiagnostics machine health platform
• Provide coaching and training to facilitate customer engagement
• Perform remote asset health monitoring of customer equipment
• Create and deliver SENTRY Reports with actionable insights
• Utilize KCF’s methods to document and track customer value
• Stay current on safety certifications
• Maintain a professional image
• Communicate with customers directly
• Field general inquiries regarding KCF products and services

Requirements

• GED required; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Industry experience in Industrial Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Vibration Analysis
• CAT II vibration certification or higher
• Ability to manage and analyze 1,500 sensors
• Effective knowledge of machinery and general mechanical fundamentals
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one industry
• Experience in predictive maintenance and root cause problem solving
• Superior communication skills
• Effective at using Microsoft suite of products
• Able and excited to travel 20%
