Overview

Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC (KBRA) is seeking an Associate Director/Director to join our growing Funds Ratings team in the New York office with a focus on leading the ratings effort for structures exposed to private credit focused investment strategies.

In Short

• Lead credit research on private credit funds.
• Develop rating and analytical tools.
• Prepare and present internal credit memos.
• Participate in diligence meetings with fund management teams.
• Collaborate with KBRA experts in various sectors.
• Draft research for internal and external use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Math related fields.
• 5 - 10 years of experience as a credit analyst.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and cash flow modeling.
• High attention to detail.
