In Short

• Lead the accounting evaluation for complex and emerging business initiatives.
• Develop well-supported conclusions and high-quality technical memos.
• Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors on technical matters.
• Monitor and interpret new accounting guidance from the FASB.
• Lead implementation efforts for new standards.
• Develop and maintain company-wide accounting policies.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and active CPA (or equivalent certification).
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred).
• Experience in financial exchanges, fintech or high-growth technology environments.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Proven success in influencing cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, structured thinker with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Lifelong learner passionate about technical accounting.
