Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to support key business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, data manipulation, and visualization techniques.

In Short

  • Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop, test, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
  • Clean, transform, and preprocess raw data into a format suitable for analysis.
  • Build predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Create intuitive and interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques.
  • Evaluate model performance and continuously improve models based on feedback and new data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.
  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
  • Experience in deploying machine learning models to production environments is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
