Overview

The Windows Infrastructure Engineer at Jumio plays a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Microsoft-based infrastructure to ensure stability, security, and optimal performance.

In Short

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems and related services
• Manage and administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows services
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Maintain and optimize virtual environments such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or similar scripting languages
• Apply security patches, updates, and configure security settings
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes
• Manage and integrate Windows infrastructure with cloud platforms
• Document system configurations and procedures accurately
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level Windows Server environments
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Strong background in virtualization technologies
• Experience in automating tasks using PowerShell
• Ability to manage hybrid or cloud-integrated infrastructures
• Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting
• Understanding of security best practices
• Exposure to backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
• Experience working within ITIL frameworks
• Track record of contributing to infrastructure projects
