In Short

• Complete home safety evaluations with clients and/or caregivers.
• Generate personalized reports with recommendations for home modifications.
• Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention strategies.
• Establish rapport with clients and caregivers.
• Work collaboratively to meet individual needs.

Requirements

• State OT registration and licensure (required).
• Availability for in-person home evaluations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills.
