Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD) required or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or Clinical Research.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements.
• Ability to synthesize complex data.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary drug development environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in safety databases.
• Excellent team-building and leadership skills.
