Overview

Jpixx Creative Video Agency is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage financial records in a project-based environment.

In Short

Freelance/Contractor role with estimated 6–10 hours/week
Remote work opportunity
Focus on cleaning up and reconciling financial records
Experience with QuickBooks Online is required
Collaboration with internal teams via Monday.com and email
Responsibilities include generating financial reports and handling invoicing
Must be detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently
Background checks will be conducted
Not a full-time position; hours may fluctuate

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Familiarity with project-based or creative service businesses is a plus
Ability to maintain consistency with monthly reporting
Experience with QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) is preferred
