Remote Bookkeeper

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Remote Bookkeeper to support a variety of clients across multiple internal departments. In this role, you will handle bank reconciliations, payroll entries, financial reporting, and client communications to ensure accuracy and clarity.

In Short

• Perform bank reconciliations, payroll entries, and financial reporting (monthly and annually).
• Update financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO), QuickBooks Desktop (QBD), and Xero as assigned.
• Communicate with clients to clarify financial matters and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate within a team of 5-10 professionals, working on financial tasks and client projects.
• Ensure timely updates of financial data received annually, monthly, or weekly.
• Adapt to client needs and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
