In Short

• Take ownership of Unity development across all studio projects.
• Manage the work of the Unity development team.
• Build and maintain technical processes and development standards for Unity.
• Make architectural decisions and improve project structure.
• Mentor and guide the development team with code reviews and feedback.
• Manage priorities and plan tasks within the team.
• Maintain a balance between technical quality and iteration speed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Game Design, Art, QA, Data).

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Unity.
• Strong background in C# and architectural patterns.
• Hands-on experience in performance optimization and SDK integration.
• Experience in managing priorities and task planning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate goals.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar leadership role is a plus.
