With a team of 60+ rockstar professionals, we’ve already made our mark with Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle, a top-ranking word puzzle game in the US. We at Joyteractive are growing our R&D team and looking for a Unity Developer to help us move fast and boldly experiment in the puzzle gaming space.

Now, we’re launching a brand-new product stream—our highest strategic priority—focused on discovering the next big things in the world of puzzle games. We’re building rapid prototypes, testing bold ideas, and exploring new mechanics at speed. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love working on early-stage concepts—this is your chance.

In Short

• Build fast and lightweight game prototypes in Unity
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and product leads
• Rapidly iterate and test gameplay mechanics and ideas
• Actively contribute creative and technical input throughout the R&D cycle

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Unity and mobile games
• Strong knowledge of C# and Unity’s core systems
• Experience building prototypes or working in R&D is a plus
• Independent, flexible, and fast-moving mindset
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Russian language proficiency is a must
