Requirements

• Proven successful experience working with mobile games
• Strong knowledge of game design
• Experience in leading and managing multiple teams and products
• Recent hands-on experience in relevant areas
• Excellent networking skills and a deep understanding of the gaming market
• Fluency in both Russian and English
• High analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business ownership experience
