E-Commerce CRO Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are an E-commerce CRO agency working with 8-9 fig businesses in the US and Europe. We need someone who owns client relationships end-to-end, acting as a bridge between our clients and our team of CRO strategists, designers, and developers.

In Short

• Manage 5-7 e-commerce CRO projects simultaneously for brands making $10M-$100M/year.
• Be the single point of contact for each client, ensuring trust and reliability.
• Coordinate between the internal team and clients to ensure alignment and quality.
• Push back when necessary and ensure real value is delivered.
• Experience in e-commerce, CRO, or agency work is required.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics is expected.
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization is a plus.
• Comfortable working across time zones.
• Must be a relentless communicator and detail-obsessed.
