Overview

As a Treasurer at Paxos, you will design and implement treasury policies, manage banking and financial partner relationships, and oversee treasury controls.

• Oversee daily cash operations including cash flow optimization and liquidity forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in treasury management, particularly in fintech or digital assets.
• Expertise in liquidity management and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
