Overview

This role is crucial at JOIN as we believe recruiting should be simple, fast, and fair for both companies and candidates. As an Account Manager/Inbound Sales Specialist, you will play a central role in our growth by handling qualified leads from our marketing funnel, advising them professionally, acquiring new customers, and supporting existing accounts in the long term.

In Short

  • Handle qualified inbound leads from our marketing funnel.
  • Conduct convincing presentations and solution-oriented consultations.
  • Manage your own customer portfolio and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling potentials.
  • Use CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for effective lead management.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers and managing existing ones.
  • Fluent in German and good English skills.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills focused on customer needs.
  • Structured, proactive, and results-oriented work style.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
