Overview

As a Senior Claims Consultant at Johnson, Kendall & Johnson, Inc. (JKJ), you will assist clients in the reporting and strategic direction of multi-line insurance claims, advocating for their best interests throughout the claims process.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in claims management.
• Client consultation experience required.
• Property & Casualty license is a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Agency Management System.
• Knowledge of insurance claims mechanisms.
• Ability to mentor associates.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
