Security/Access Control Technician - Remote

Overview

The Security Systems Technician should be proficient in the installation, planning, supervision, troubleshooting, and programming of access control panels and various security systems.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial installation and service of security systems.
• Strong knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems.
• Familiarity with Lenel, Milestone, Genetec products.
• Understanding of structured cabling and electrified locks.
• Strong knowledge of IP and networking concepts.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Local Low Voltage Licensing is a plus.

• Familiarity or certification in relevant security products.
• Understanding of structured cabling basics.
• Knowledge of electrified locks.

• Ability to pass screenings.
• Effective communication skills.
• Local Low Voltage Licensing is a plus.
