Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable - Remote

Overview

This role will lead and direct the activities of the accounts receivable team at Turnitin, ensuring timely client billings and effective customer collections.

• Lead the accounts receivable team and oversee billing and collections.
• Ensure timely issuance of client billings and follow-up on collections.
• Manage the reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounts.
• Communicate effectively with various departments regarding billing functions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives within the accounts receivable function.
• Develop and maintain team performance through coaching and management.
• Generate revenue and AR reporting for leadership.
• Assist with audit requests and special projects as needed.
• Work with key stakeholders including FP&A.
• Experience a remote-centric culture that prioritizes well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• 5+ years of experience managing staff.
• Experience with foreign exchange rates and different sales schemes.
• Strong communication skills at all business levels.
• Proficient in NetSuite.
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence across functions.
• Experience in a complex US corporate structure is advantageous.
