Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable will lead and direct the activities of the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely client billings and effective customer collections.

• Lead the accounts receivable team and oversee billing and collections.
• Ensure timely issuance of client billings and follow-up on collections.
• Manage the reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounts.

• Develop and maintain team performance through coaching and management.
• Assist with audit requests and special projects as assigned.
• Generate revenue and AR reporting for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in full cycle accounts receivable.
• 5+ years of experience managing staff.
• Experience with foreign exchange rates and different sales schemes.
• Strong communication skills at all business levels.
• Proficient in NetSuite.
• Experience in a SAAS company preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence.
• Experience in a complex US corporate structure is advantageous.
