• Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage collections and overdue payments, negotiating payment plans.
• Review and analyze account receivable reports for trends and risks.
• Communicate with clients about outstanding balances and payment solutions.
• Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and payment logs.
• Meet monthly collections and reconciliation targets.
• Serve as Escrow Representative for transactions.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance in all transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or related fields.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage financial documentation accurately.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Escrow laws and financial compliance.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
