• Lead the strategic architecture of Snowflake environments across U.S. and international instances.
• Define and maintain standards for object naming, compute utilization, and scalable data structures.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve schema design, performance, and platform consistency.
• Optimize platform costs by improving query efficiency and storage performance.
• Serve as the Snowflake subject matter expert in key enterprise projects.
• Work with a dedicated Platform Engineer to manage version control and metadata documentation.
• Mentor teams on Snowflake performance tuning and usage best practices.
• Engage in governance and architecture reviews.
