Remote Data Entry Clerk

Overview

This part-time remote position involves entering data for scheduling purposes and providing customer service support.

In Short

• Enter work orders into computer for scheduling.
• Contact accounts regarding delivery conflicts.
• Organize work throughout the lab and deliver to departments.
• Verify content of outgoing orders by reviewing prescriptions and work tickets.
• Assist with FedEx, UPS, and USPS tasks.
• Provide customer service over the phone when needed.
• Assist with nightly cleanup of the area as required.
• Restock work area and perform general cleaning.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Perform tasks efficiently in both standing and sitting positions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver License.
• Basic functional computer skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally with all staff levels.
• Team player with dedication to tasks.
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
