Part-Time Social Media Manager (m/w/d) for Personal Branding in Online Marketing - Remote

Overview

JK Digitale Medien is a company with its own digital products and consulting services for online marketing focusing on marketing automation, marketing strategy, SEO, and paid advertising. We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager (m/w/d) to build a strong personal brand and showcase our expertise on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok while engaging our community.

In Short

• Develop and plan target-oriented content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok
• Create editorial plans and align topics with our online marketing focuses
• Conceptualize and implement text items (captions, headlines, hashtags)
• Produce and edit short videos (Reels, Stories, TikToks)
• Design and prepare graphics and creatives (e.g., thumbnails, templates)
• Post, manage community, and proactively interact with followers
• Monitor relevant KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth) and derive optimization measures

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management (ideally in B2B or for personal brands)
• Excellent copywriting skills and a sense for targeted storytelling
• Solid marketing know-how, especially in online marketing/personal branding
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Experience with graphic tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• High independence, creativity, and organizational talent
• Trend awareness for social media and affinity for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
