Sr. HVAC Technician - Remote

Overview

The Sr HVAC Technician will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and monitoring of HVAC and Mechanical Systems, contributing to the future of real estate through JLL's commitment to excellence.

In Short

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in various commercial establishments.
• Utilize knowledge of refrigeration theory and structural layout.
• Mount compressor and condenser units following blueprints.
• Fabricate and install ductwork using metalworking tools.
• Connect motors and compressors to control panels.
• Test systems for proper operation and gas leaks.
• Replace defective controls and electrical wiring.
• Work Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
• Must hold EPA Universal License 608 and Duval County JHAR license.

Requirements

• Certification in HVAC and relevant licenses.
• Experience with HVAC systems installation and maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and controls.
