Requirements

• Minimum of one year HVAC experience required.
• Preferred experience of over three years as a hospital mechanic.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
• NH Gas Service License within 9 months of hire.
• Driver's License and EPA Universal Refrigerant certification required within 9 months.
• Boiler Certification preferred.
• Ability to respond to a variety of maintenance needs.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable work ethic.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
