• Operate, inspect, and maintain critical HVAC systems in a data center.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC systems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in building automation systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and HVAC codes.
• Utilize CMMS systems to document work performed.
• Participate in work and safety meetings.
• Assist in developing HVAC maintenance procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various conditions.
• Available for on-call work for emergency HVAC issues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical experience in HVAC systems.
• 4+ years of experience in data center environments.
• Proven expertise in maintaining air-cooled chillers.
• Universal EPA 608 Certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including CMMS systems.
• Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses.
• Associate's degree or higher in HVAC technology preferred.
• Experience with energy efficiency optimization is a plus.
