Senior Director, Occupancy Planning & Management - Remote

Overview

JLL is seeking an experienced Occupancy Planning Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in delivering best-in-class occupancy planning and management solutions to our real estate clients.

In Short

• Lead account delivery of occupancy planning and management services.
• Provide industry insights and thought leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and team members.
• Manage portfolios and maximize space utilization.
• Develop migration plans and oversee group/individual moves.
• Create and analyze reports on seat demand and inventory forecasts.
• Manage a team, providing training and mentorship.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in creating data visualizations and presentations.

Requirements

• 6 – 8 years of progressive experience in occupancy, space, and move management.
• Expert-level data analysis skills with mastery of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in CAFM systems and AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or related field.
