Project Manager, Building Infrastructure - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of capital improvement projects, managing day-to-day efforts related to programming, planning, design, construction, and close-out for JLL.

• Manage capital improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects meet budget and schedule requirements.
• Act as a liaison between clients and project participants.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate real estate management or construction management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive clients.
• High levels of customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage priorities.
