Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor to join our facilities management team, overseeing M&E maintenance operations across multiple commercial properties in London.

• Supervise and coordinate M&E maintenance activities across commercial buildings.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of mobile M&E technicians.
• Maintain strong relationships with property managers and clients.
• Utilize client CAFM systems for compliance management.
• Conduct risk assessments and method statements.
• Perform regular compliance audits and document findings.
• Support recruitment and training of M&E personnel.
• Prepare and present maintenance reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent electrical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E maintenance.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical distribution.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CAFM systems for work order management.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Experience delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Commercial awareness and customer service focus.
