Overview

As a Mobile Journeyman Electrician at JLL, you will maintain, install, and troubleshoot electrical infrastructure, ensuring safety and efficiency in various facilities.

In Short

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems.
• Plan and layout work details for installation and maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair faulty wiring and electrical difficulties.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS in real time.
• Work with minimal supervision and communicate proactively.
• Comply with safety rules and regulations.
• Assist in other trades as required.
• Be available for on-call duties and overtime.
• Travel within the United States as needed.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license and Electrician Journeyman’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 4 years of electrical training and 5+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NEC, and NFPA standards.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate hand tools and lift heavy loads.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications as needed.
• Experience in commercial and industrial settings preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and electric vehicle chargers is a plus.
• Experience in critical environments is advantageous.
