As the Melbourne Quarter Precinct Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all shared services in the Melbourne Quarter Precinct, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory authorities and effective management of property services.

• Oversee Activations in the Public Realm
• Chair quarterly Management Committee Meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Operations Manager
• Ability to prioritize work within tight deadlines
• Strong technical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Tertiary qualifications or Trade Certificate preferred
