Requirements

• Experience in asset management or real estate.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of CAPEX and R&M processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in Korean and English is preferred.
• Relevant degree or certification in real estate or project management.
