Junior Analyst – Finance & Accounting - Remote

Overview

The Junior Analyst in Finance & Accounting at JLL will be responsible for various accounts payable transactions, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies while working in a remote environment.

In Short

• Process accounts payable transactions including vendor invoices and expense reports.
• Prepare month-end close journal entries.
• Assist with A/P issues and inquiries.
• Conduct monthly bank and mortgage reconciliations.
• Analyze cash deposits and tenant accounts.
• Ensure compliance with A/P policies and procedures.
• Train new A/P employees as needed.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Gather data on departmental processing metrics.
• Support financial reporting and analysis for clients.

Requirements

• Commerce Graduate with a strong finance and accounts background.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
