The Finance Specialist - Accounts Receivables at JLL plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Receive and verify invoices for goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Data entry for invoices and payment processing.
• Monitor weekly pay-run and record manual cheque entries.
• Prepare daily reports on inventory, quality, and exceptions.
• Track and monitor aged items for resolution.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Support system implementation and ad-hoc projects.
• Fulfill agreed SLAs with Onshore finance teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or relevant professional qualification.
• More than 4 years of experience in GL/AP & AR in MNC.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with independent work capability.
• Experience with US GAAP is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP, PeopleSoft, or large ERP financial systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
