Requirements

• 5+ years of operational experience in a data center environment.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical & plumbing systems.
• Fundamental skills in critical systems such as generators and UPS.
• Technically proficient in Building Management Systems and CMMS.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to develop alternative solutions to problems.
• Strong organizational and judgment skills.
• Ability to manage crisis situations effectively.
• Experience with client reporting and contractual compliance.
