Overview

The Electrician role at JLL involves assisting in the daily operation of building and employee services, focusing on correcting building facilities defects and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Assist in daily operations of building services.
• Investigate and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on various equipment.
• Conduct minor electrical repairs and installations.

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in HVAC and facilities management.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Tertiary qualification in Electrics.
• Valid Israeli license 3x80 amp.
• Experience in Health and Safety practices.
• Skilled in using electrical diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
• Experience with CAFM or CAD is advantageous.
• Competency in basic mathematics.
• Ability to identify and advise on equipment safety.
• Experience in business management duties.
