Cost Estimator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Cost Estimator who will work as part of the Cost Management division, assisting in the development of cost estimates for various projects using local market analysis while providing superior client service.

• Develop construction cost budgets from design documents.
• Compare budget costs to benchmark pricing information.
• Enhance cost controls service delivery.
• Support in maintaining historical cost benchmarks.
• Prioritize requests to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate analyzed data to clients and team.
• Work with architectural and engineering drawings.
• Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in cost management.
• Experience in Construction Management or Real Estate preferred.
• Ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to interact with executives and team members.
• Knowledge of cost management software.
