Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma OR bachelor's degree in real estate, Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in facility management and real estate operations.
• Availability to work for a minimum period of 3 months.
