Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Global Valuation Advisory team, where you will contribute to shaping the future of real estate through analytical expertise.

In Short

• Join a team focused on real estate valuations and consulting.
• Work closely with the UK/EMEA VRA team.
• Develop financial models for commercial real estate investments.
• Conduct cash flow and sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports.

• Work hours aligned with the UK team (1 pm – 10 pm).
• 1-3 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, or related field.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions.
• Familiarity with real estate valuation methods.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
