Overview

The CRM Analyst will focus on the design and delivery of CRM campaigns for clients, reporting to the CRM Senior Director, and will be responsible for the execution of marketing automation campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRM.

• Knowledge of multichannel digital campaigns.
• Understanding of customer journey development.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret campaign data.
• Knowledge of content grids and tracking tags.
