Lead Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As Lead Product Manager you will be a critical member of the team, shaping the product strategy, feature roadmap efforts, and developing the skills of the individual product managers. Working closely with key stakeholders you will manage the end-to-end player experience to maximize both ROI and player satisfaction.

• Work closely with Designers, PMs, and Analysts to identify, test and measure high-impact product changes that drive growth in revenue, reach and retention.
• Manage end-to-end liveOps strategy and execution to hit monthly revenue goals.
• Design and iterate features to improve key indicators, making games more engaging.
• Analyze game data and build automated reports to make data-informed business decisions.
• Identify tools and reporting needs for proper game health monitoring.
• Understand game metrics to create A/B testing experiments with measurable success criteria.
• Coordinate in-game communication with Marketing and Community teams.
• Manage and help grow junior product talent.
• Communicate relevant KPIs and updates to key stakeholders.
• Build clear presentations to distill complex ideas and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management in mobile game development.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills focused on data-driven decision making.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with a creative problem-solving mindset.
• Experience writing SQL queries and distilling complex analysis into actionable insights.
• Self-starter with project management experience from concept through completion.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand and diagnose game economy and metrics.
• Experience managing and developing a product management team.
