Overview

As a Producer on RuneScape: Dragonwilds, you will lead game development teams, ensuring excellent quality and smooth running of game features.

In Short

• Own key areas of game delivery through all phases of production.
• Partner with senior production staff to deliver roadmap objectives.
• Collaborate with leads to align expectations and priorities.
• Serve as the first line of contact for day-to-day development.
• Monitor team progress and provide updates on status and risks.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Facilitate cross-discipline communication.
• Track and communicate decisions and actions effectively.

Requirements

• Experience as a Producer or in a similar leadership role in game development.
• Strong understanding of game development workflows.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar project tracking tools.
• Proactive communicator who builds trust across teams.
• Team motivator who builds positive relationships.
• Understanding of the games industry with a passion for quality.
