Overview

This position involves managing legal operations with a strong focus on IT security and contract coordination in a growing Digital Health SaaS company.

In Short

• Central point of contact for legal topics in Germany.
• Hands-on, structured, and pragmatic approach to legal inquiries.
• Coordination of security questionnaires and compliance documentation.
• Creation and review of contracts including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Development of legal templates and policies.

• Providing legal coverage across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaboration with internal teams and external legal counsel.
• Support in labor law matters and employment setups.

Requirements

• Experience in IT security and legal operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data protection laws.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
• Experience in contract management and compliance.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC2, and HIPAA standards.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Legal degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
