Overview

Jabra Hearing is looking for a Senior UX Writer & Content Strategist to innovate the experience of treating hearing loss. You will serve as the voice of our product to the customer, linking product features and benefits to their needs.

In Short

• Collaborate with agile UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Write and optimize user-centric copy for the website.
• Regularly audit website content and recommend updates.
• Participate in user research to gain insights into user behaviors.
• Create and maintain a copy library and content style guides.
• Collaborate on Product Positioning & Messaging Briefs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards for all content.

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience in content strategy and UX writing.
• 2+ years of experience in agile product teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content strategy and UX writing samples.
• Experience using research and data to drive content decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
