Overview

SCOUTASTIC is looking for an engaged Marketing Manager to help make our AI-based scouting platform more well-known and establish our brand in professional football.

In Short

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in the national and international football market.
• Planning, management, and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, email, and content marketing.
• Creation of target group-oriented content, including blog posts, social media posts, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Close collaboration with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing measures.
• Building and maintaining media and partner contacts in professional football and representing SCOUTASTIC at events and trade fairs.
• Monitoring market and competitive trends and deriving recommendations for the further development of our marketing strategy.
• Working closely with our development team to communicate product innovations clearly and convincingly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, ideally in software, IT, sports technology, or sports business.
• Passionate about sports and able to identify with the needs and challenges of our target audience.
• Able to translate complex technical products into convincing marketing messages and clearly communicate the value to our customers.
• Data-driven mindset with a good sense for trends and knowledge of how to effectively address target groups in sports.
• Experience with digital marketing channels, social media, content creation, and campaign management.
• Ability to work independently, creatively, and structured, with both strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong affinity for artificial intelligence and modern technologies, actively using AI tools in daily work and open to exploring new possibilities.
