Overview

The Cloud Operations Engineer will play a critical role in eliminating vulnerabilities and optimizing uptime for enterprise clients by implementing resilient and robust solutions leveraging automation.

• Architect and implement monitoring alarms and logging solutions.
• Identify issues proactively and mitigate them to improve customer experience.
• Audit, test, and review solutions for resilience and security.
• Demand forecasting and capacity planning for AWS resources.
• Optimize operations through automation and continuous improvement.
• Drive research and implementation of best practices in DevOps.
• Be on call on a rotation basis.
• Assist in configuration and support of customer environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated software and infrastructure issues.
• Review new tools and software prior to implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, certified in AWS and Terraform.
• Experience with Ansible and DevOps tools like Git and Jenkins.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to write code and develop solutions to business problems.
• Passion for automation and efficiency.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
