Overview

We are seeking a Customer Relations & Office Manager to join our dynamic team at STA Personnel Solutions, a global BPO company. This role involves managing client relations and overseeing back-office operations to ensure exceptional client service.

In Short

  • Manage client relations and back-office operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Ensure smooth workflows and up-to-date systems.
  • Lead and manage the project coordination team.
  • Monitor project timelines and delegate tasks.
  • Provide high-quality customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email and phone.
  • Continuously optimize internal processes.
  • Work from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST, Monday to Friday.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and power backup.

Requirements

  • South African citizen.
  • Fixed fibre internet line with minimum 25 Mbps speed.
  • Reliable power backup solution.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service and office management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficient in email and phone communication.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
