Overview

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Remote Billing Support Agent to support our expanding residential and business client base. You will manage customer accounts, explain charges, and resolve billing discrepancies for our Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and secondary service lines.

In Short

Manage initial and follow-up calls regarding billing inquiries.
Securely process customer payments and resolve discrepancies.
Take ownership of billing disputes from contact to resolution.
Provide clear explanations of charges for various services.
Maintain communication with the distributed team.
1 year of experience in billing or customer service required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills needed.
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and billing software.
Must have a quiet home office and reliable internet.
Available to work 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday–Friday.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a related role.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in relevant software.
Remote work readiness with a professional workspace.
Availability for occasional weekend or holiday work.
