System Administrator (On-Premise + Cloud) - Remote

Overview

Our client is a technology company specialized in developing projects for third parties, with over 30 years of experience in the IT sector.

In Short

• Looking for a System Administrator with at least 8 years of experience in managing technological infrastructures.
• Strong expertise in Windows environments (90%) and knowledge of Linux (10%).
• Experience in communications (firewalls, routers, switches).
• Intermediate experience in cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure and, to a lesser extent, AWS.
• Long-term project for a multinational client undergoing digital transformation.
• Hybrid work model with 2/3 days of remote work per week.
• Initial two months will be in-person in Pozuelo de Alarcón.
• Responsibilities include administration, maintenance, and optimization of infrastructures based on Windows Server.
• Configuration and maintenance of Fortinet firewalls for perimeter protection.
• Automation of tasks through scripting (PowerShell, Bash).

Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in system administration.
• Advanced knowledge in Windows systems (90%) and knowledge in Linux (10%).
• Knowledge in virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Experience with monitoring and infrastructure management tools.
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• Solid experience in network and communications administration.
• Intermediate experience in cloud environments, especially Azure and AWS.
• Good documentation and incident management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and problem-solving orientation.
